Divine World Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using
our app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree,
please discontinue use of the app.
1. User Accounts & Authentication
- Signing in with Google may be required to personalize your experience. We collect only your name, email, and profile photo via Firebase Authentication, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security and all activities under it.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at hello@divineworldstudios.com.
2. Eligibility
- The app is rated 3+ and is suitable for all age groups.
- Children may use the app under parental supervision, where required by local law.
- By using the app, you confirm that your provided information is accurate and used responsibly.
3. Use of the App
- The app is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You agree not to use the app unlawfully or in ways that could impair its function or security.
- Unauthorized attempts to access, reverse-engineer, or modify app data or Firebase resources are prohibited.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
- Optional in-app purchases (like “Pro” or “Premium” plans) are handled via Google Play Billing.
- Payments are processed by Google. All refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel in Google Play settings.
- If a free trial is provided, it auto-converts to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
5. Permissions & Device Access
- Our app may request notification, widget, or storage access to personalize features like daily verses or wallpapers.
- Permissions are optional. Denying them may limit certain experiences but not overall app use.
- No personal media is uploaded or shared — all remain on your device.
6. Intellectual Property
- All comics, illustrations, and designs within the app belong to Divine World Studios.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
- Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.
7. Data Handling & Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our
Privacy Policy.
By continuing to use the app, you consent to data collection and processing as outlined there.
8. Disclaimers
- The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or completeness of any content.
- Scriptural references and devotional materials are for spiritual inspiration, not doctrinal authority.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app use.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing use of the app.
10. Modifications & Termination
- We may update or discontinue app features without prior notice.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.
- Updated Terms will reflect a new effective date; continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where
Divine World Studios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
